How quotes work
A figure you can plan around
We do not hide behind vague pricing, and we do not add charges you did not agree to.

Tell us the service and your requirements — quantity, materials, deadline and any existing files.

We review the job and send a clear quotation with the scope and what is included.

You approve, we confirm any official fees that apply, and work begins.

If requirements change mid-job, we confirm the difference with you before continuing.
Scope & volume
A one-page print and a 200-copy bound report are different jobs. We price by the amount of work, materials and time involved.
Materials & finishing
Paper stock, colour, binding, lamination, cabling, hardware and other materials all affect the final quotation.
Turnaround
Urgent work may carry a premium. Where a deadline is flexible we will tell you when the standard rate applies.
Government / third-party fees
Official fees for KRA, eCitizen, NTSA, BRS and similar platforms are set by those bodies and are separate from TeamTech's service fee.
